Biography and current research
Jounghyun has a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition at Ewha Womans University, Korea and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry at Tokyo National University, Japan. She worked as a researcher for 3.5 years in OMICS/Enzyme team, CJ BIO, Korea.
Her current research is to generate, analyze, and enrich peptides which are mainly from milk protein.
